Hindi Translation of Properties file

Dear All;
           I have completed Hindi translation of eCommerce Site however a
very few are remaining. Please let me know how to create a patch and create
a JIRA issue on ofbiz issue tracker to upload my file into it.

Hi Vikash,

if you have created a new 'properties' file you can simply create a new
Jira issue here:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ

(click here to create a new account in the Jira server:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Signup!default.jspa
)

and attach the file to it (remember to check the "grant ASL" for
licensing reasons).

We will take care of it.

Vikash,

Im' ready to commit your file but you did not check the "grant ASL" option. I'm not sure that I can commit your file in this state.
Anyway you may re-submit it (with the same name : easier for me) granting ASL this time.
