Open Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Go to Account Settings:
Click on "File" in the top-left corner.
Select "Account Settings" and then choose "Account Settings" again.

Data Files:
Go to the "Data Files" tab.

Select the PST File:
Highlight the PST file you want to compact.

Click on Settings:
Click on the "Settings" button.

Advanced Tab:
In the "Advanced" tab, click on the "Compact Now" button.
Compacting reduces the file size by removing any unnecessary space. However, it may not significantly reduce the size if the file is severely oversized.
