Manually deleting duplicate emails involves the following steps:
To begin, log in to Outlook with your login credentials.
Sort your sent/inbox or other folder items by recipient.

Method 3:- Archive Outlook emails
Congratulations if the above methods worked for you. However, you must store your emails automatically to ensure that the problem does not recur in a few months. The auto-archive option is extremely useful because it frees up space on your hard drive without deleting emails or other files. This will move your old emails from one storage place to another. You will still be able to use these old emails.

Open Outlook and go to the Advanced options menu. (Select File -> Option -> Advanced.)
Press the AutoArchive Settings button under the AutoArchive heading.
It will open a new window where you can pick the ‘Run auto-archive option and the number of days to archive. Select the location where you want to save the Outlook archive using the Browse function. Then choose OK.
