If you don’t have Outlook installed but still need to access your Outlook mailbox data, you can easily do it by converting your OST file into MHTML format. MHTML files can be opened directly in any web browser, so you can read your emails without needing Outlook at all. I’d recommend using
FixVare OST to MHTML Converter for this. It lets you open and extract data from any OST file — even if it’s orphaned or disconnected — and convert all your emails, attachments, and formatting into MHTML files. The conversion keeps everything just like in Outlook.
Once converted, you can view your emails anytime in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. I’ve used this method myself when Outlook wasn’t available, and it worked perfectly.
