Converting a Lotus Notes archive to an Outlook PST file manually can be a complex process. Here are the general steps you can follow:
Export the Lotus Notes archive to a new NSF file: Open Lotus Notes and create a new NSF file. Then, select the archive folder you want to export and drag it into the new NSF file.
Install and configure the Microsoft Transporter Suite: Download and install the Microsoft Transporter Suite on your computer. Then, configure it to connect to your Lotus Notes and Outlook accounts.
Migrate the NSF file to Outlook: Use the Transporter Suite to migrate the NSF file to Outlook. This process can take some time depending on the size of the file.
Verify the migrated data: Once the migration process is complete, verify that all data has been migrated correctly. Check that all emails, contacts, and calendar entries are present in Outlook.
Save the data to a PST file: Once you have verified the data, save it to a PST file. In Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export, select "Export to a file," and then choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" as the export type.
Select the data to be exported: Select the Lotus Notes data you want to export to the PST file. You can choose to export all data or select specific items such as emails, contacts, or calendar entries.
Save the PST file: Choose a location to save the PST file and give it a name. Click "Finish" to complete the export process.
