How to customized project in the hot-deploy

I have copied ecommerce to hot-deploy
and make it run.
I want to customized it for example
change the ofbiz logo and the footer..header fext
where is this posible ?

Have not done ecomerce. Try looking in common see what decorator. Grep image name would let you know where too. Not sure how much you read but controller.xml in Web inf controls what's where usually screens.xml has screens but calls a decorator that is usually in common.xml
