To export an NSF (Notes Storage Facility) file to a PST (Personal Storage Table) file, you can follow these steps:

Launch the IBM Notes client on your computer.
Open the NSF file that you want to export to PST.
Click on the "File" menu, then select "Export".
In the Export dialog box, select "Microsoft Exchange" as the type of file to export to.
Choose the options you want for the export, such as whether to include subfolders and whether to include document encryption.
Click on the "Export" button.
In the Export Exchange Mailbox dialog box, choose the location where you want to save the exported PST file.
Enter a name for the PST file, and then click on the "Save" button.
The export process will begin, and a progress bar will show the status of the export.
Once the export is complete, click on the "OK" button to close the Export Exchange Mailbox dialog box.
Your NSF file has now been exported to a PST file, which you can open using Microsoft Outlook.
