Note: Before proceeding, make sure you have access to both Lotus Notes and Outlook, as well as the necessary permissions to export data from Lotus Notes.
Step 1: Export Data from Lotus Notes (NSF to CSV)
Open Lotus Notes on your computer.
Click on "File" and select "Open."
Choose your NSF file and click "Open."

Select "Comma Separated Values" and click "Next."
Click the "Browse" button to locate and select the CSV file you exported from Lotus Notes.
Choose how you want Outlook to handle duplicates during the import process (e.g., replace duplicates, allow duplicates).
Select the destination folder in Outlook where you want to import the data. You can create a new folder for this purpose.
Click "Next" and then "Finish" to initiate the import process. Outlook will import the data from the CSV file into the selected folder.
Depending on the amount of data, this process may take some time.
Step 3: Verify and Organize Data
After the import is complete, review your Outlook folders to ensure that the data has been successfully imported.
Organize the data as needed, create folders, and move items to their respective locations.
Step 4: Back Up Your PST File
To ensure data integrity, it's essential to back up your Outlook PST file regularly. You can do this by going to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export" and selecting "Export to a file."
Follow the wizard to create a backup of your PST file.
