How to generate request for raw materials in ofbiz

Hi all,
  I have  senerio like that a manufacturer company manufactur the finished good prodct XYZ,In manufacturing of XYZ there are three raw materials are involve X,Y,Z. In manufacturing process the  employee saw therraw material x is not available.then employee   do request for  raw material x ,then request is approved ,then request is going to godown for issue the raw material ,if raw matrial is not present in godown then create the purches oder for raw material
 my question is that how to generate request for raw materials in ofbiz.
