How to open nsf file in outlook without lotus notes

Opening NSF file in Outlook without the installation of Lotus Notes seems to be a herculean task if you are not a professional. However, there is a solution by SysInspire known as NSF to PST converter. The software converts the files in batches and it is done very quickly and there is no need for you to install Lotus Notes.  The software works with the different operating system. No data loss guarantee.

You can download it now:- Open nsf file in outlook without lotus notes

To open NSF file in Outlook, users first need to convert the file into Outlook data file format i.e. PST. Then convert NSF file to PST file format. After that perform export and import process. In this entire process, Lotus Notes installation is required to export the files and then with Import/Export wizard of Outlook, users can import exported CSV file in it.

The process involves two steps –

Exporting NSF files into CSV file
Importing CSV file in Outlook
Export NSF files to CSV file format
Open Lotus Notes email client.
Click on File menu and select Export.
Choose location for the output file and select Comma Separate Value in the drop down list.
Provide a name to the file and click on Export.
Once the process gets completed, you can get CSV file at your system.
Import Lotus Notes CSV file to Outlook
Launch MS Outlook
Go to File menu, choose Open & Export and then select the Import/Export option
Now, choose Import from another program or file and select an option to perform. Then, click Next.
