Product was sold and now customer returns the product. We send the product
to the service center. If Service center tell us that product can not be
repaired then we contact Supplier. Suppler then gives us the new product or
the credit note.
We want to do it in ofbiz. Anybody has done similar to this ? Anything
available in ofbiz OOTB.
