Vy, I suggest you put only the change (patch form fits) in entityengine.xml instead of the whole changed file

I think you can refer to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Eclipse+Tips for the last section

I'd change the title to explain that it's a bit specific to 16.11.02 version, like "Setup OFBiz - version 16.11.02 - with PostgreSQL on Windows"
Don't use parenthesis in Confluence title, you then get a link with a number and not a clear link like you have at the moment

It would be then good to also change the link label in https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/FAQ+-+Tips+-+Tricks+-+Cookbook+-+HowTo (look
to postgres)

The only comment I have is the document references EnterPriseDB, which is a
commercial product.  Ofbiz certainly works fine with stock postgresql.

I agree it would be better to start with https://www.postgresql.org/download/ but this HOWTO is for Windows only and you finally end up to the link Vy
