I spend so much time deleting repeated Outlook emails manually. Is there a fast and reliable way to get rid of all duplicates at once?

I spend an inordinate amount of time deleting duplicate Outlook emails manually, especially when they're duplicated across folders or keep arriving again due to mailing lists, sync issues, or forwarding rules. It is tedious and very error-prone. Surely there's a fast and preferably automated way to identify and remove all duplicate Outlook emails at once without harming the really important ones, always and everywhere across my service.
