IDE, App and Web Servers for OfBIZ

Hi All,
What is the right IDE to use with OFBiz development ( I was not able to open
Ofbiz source as project in Eclipse of Net Beans, So i'm pretty much using
simple text editor ConText).
Also What is the good combination of Application and Web Server to deploy
heavy traffic critical OFBiz solution
