After setting up a new product, receiving inventory, doing stock move, we
cannot see the product as available to ship. ATP is good, QOH is good. We have literally examined all the setting in the products, inventory and facility. Has anyone else come across this issue? [ISSUED + RESERVED=TOTAL]=ORDERED [0 + 0 = 0] < 1 Thanks Robert |
It looks like your order didn't perform the reservations.
You may have some wrong settings in your product store (please check the facility and related settings); did you create the sales order after you received your product in the facility or before? Hi Robert,
have you been able to fix the issue you were facing? If you are still struggling with it please share some more details (e.g. is this issue happening only when you place orders for the new product or also for other products in the same store?) and we may be able to provide a solution. Hi Jacopo,
This happens when using a new Product Store. We have gone through all the settings and compared the configuration to the demo product store and they look Identical. Yet, when placing a sales order with the new product store, it will not issue the inventory, even though there is already plenty of ATP/QOH. It a bit strange. We don't see any reason it would work with one store and not another. Thanks for your response! Hi Robert,
please check that the following fields in the new product store are properly set: * isImmediatelyFulfilled is set to N * inventoryFacilityId is set with the right facility * reserveInventory is set to Y If you have loaded the new store in the system using xml data, then I would recommend that you use the Webtools data maintenance screen to check the values of the fields in the ProductStore entity; I am saying this because the Catalog screen may be misleading showing you a field with a value of Y even if the field is null. I hope it helps! Jacopo On Feb 25, 2015, at 3:42 PM, Robert Lasater <[hidden email]> wrote: > Hi Jacopo, > > This happens when using a new Product Store.
