To manually import Windows Live Mail files to Office 365, you can follow these steps:

Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Click on the "File" tab in the Outlook ribbon and select "Open & Export" and then "Import/Export."

In the Import and Export Wizard, choose "Import from another program or file" and click on the "Next" button.

Select "Comma Separated Values" as the file type to import and click on the "Next" button.

Click on the "Browse" button and navigate to the location where the Windows Live Mail files are saved.

Select the CSV (Comma Separated Values) file that contains the Windows Live Mail data and click on the "OK" button.

Choose how you want Outlook to handle duplicates, if any exist, during the import process.

Select the folder where you want to import the Windows Live Mail data. You can choose an existing folder or create a new one.

Click on the "Finish" button to start the import process.

Outlook will import the Windows Live Mail data from the CSV file into the selected folder.

Once the import is complete, you can access the imported Windows Live Mail data in the specified folder in Outlook.
