Information about the new users and dev list at Apache

Hi all,

as you know, we have migrated the OFBiz's mailing list (and subscribers)
to the new ones at Apache Incubator.

Many of you are asking information about how to manage (change to
digestmode, unsubscribe etc...) their subscriptions in the new lists.
