Inventory Transfer

I am trying to complete an inventory transfer, but I keep getting an error.  Can someone tell me what I am missing or what I have done wrong.  I have attached the error.

I was using an earlier version.  I tried it in 612568, and it worked fine.  I appreciate the response.
