Inventory

Mark Erbaugh
I am evaluating Ofbiz for a manufacturing client.  I created a couple of
new products of type Raw Material.  I created a purchase order for these
items and received them into inventory.

I go into the Facitilty | Inventory page.

If I click on the Inventory Items button these products show up in the
list.

However, if I can't seem to get them to show up no matter what I do when
I click the Find button.  I tried setting the product type to 'Raw
Material' and only a couple of the items (MAT_A_COST and MAT_B_COST)
show up.  I tried searching directly for the Product ID and Product Type
and they still don't show up.

Also, it looks like the product type lookup feature is broken.  While
you can select a blank from the drop-down list (which I assumes means
any product type), it seems like the find is done with 'Finished Good'
which is the first item in the drop-down.  So, is there a way to search
for inventory regardless of type?

Thanks,
Mark

Sounds like the problem I noticed some time ago:
http://www.nabble.com/Inventory-and-ProductFacility-tf3396969.html

So you need to add the facility for each product in
/catalog/control/EditProductFacilities

(Still happy to provide a patch ;-)
