Is PayPal available in anonymous checkout on ecommerce?

Hi all, Is PayPal available and implemented on the ecommerce side at the time of anonymous checkout? In my application, it is showing that this payment method doesnot exist but I can use it on the same ecommerce when a customer is doing checkout after login. What is the problem? How it can be resolved? Please help me. Thanx, Ajey.
