Is it feasible to version OFBiz services? Is it possible to version OFBiz
services with backward compatibility?

the closest to versioning is the release 4.0
there is talk of a release of the framework that will be versioned but
there is no timeframe, I think.

however if you want to have backward compatibility, I doubt you can
expect that any time soon.
