Issue raw materials from warehouse.

Dear All.
I have a sanerio like this,
I  want  the issue materials from inventory on coming request.
For exa. in service repairing  center  a machine has to come for repair,  then the service man see  there are some part  need to be change in that machine.
He  sent the request for part to the inventory manager, then inventory mgr see the request for issue materials, and finally the inventory mgr issue the parts as per request..

We want to do it in ofbiz. Anybody has done similar to this ? Anything
available in ofbiz OOTB.
