Issue with currency format with some locales

Hi all,

I am not sure what is causing this, but in the recent revisions, if  
you change the locale to Italian (and I am sure other locales as well)  
and then visit the Accounting-> Invoice screen:

https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/invoiceOverview?invoiceId=demo10000

  you will get an error like this:

org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen  
[component://common/widget/CommonScreens.xml#GlobalDecorator]:  
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "323,54" (For input  
string: "323,54")

Any ideas about what is causing this? If not, I will look at it in the  
next few days.
