LICENCE information for the jQuery plugins

Hi,

At r992455 I have added, in jQuery branch, LICENCE information for the asmselect plugin (MIT licenced).
I wanted to do the same for the flot plugin but there are much more files. I wonder if it would be enough to put only the dir
without mentionning any files. I guess it's not correct and I will have to do it for each file. But I ask because if we import more
jQuery plugins this could begin to be really fastidious
