I was having one of those restless nights where your brain won’t shut off, so I started searching around for anything that might help me make sense of some emotional stuff I’ve been carrying. Not necessarily looking for therapy right now, but more like tools or insights that feel grounded and actually useful.
Somewhere along that rabbit hole, I ended up on
psychologicalhealing.net. The site has kind of an old-school feel, but the topics hit close to home — stuff about emotional trauma, letting go of old narratives, understanding how we internalize pain, that kind of thing. It felt more personal than clinical, which I appreciated.
I haven’t seen it mentioned much, though, so I figured I’d ask — has anyone else found this site and spent time with it? Did it help you reflect or shift anything in your mindset? I’m trying to be more intentional about what I consume lately, and I’d love to know if others found any lasting value in it.
