Subject: demo data advise for new installations by a *new* company
Hi ,

Sorry if this is has been already answered before.

We are a new company with very small number customers  ,

Its typical here in India to use one of the  popular closed-source
commercial
accounting software packages. still i am considering putting ofbiz thinking
of long term
integration possibilities ( and for many other reasons as well )

I see that ofbiz is bundled with a considerable amount of demo data. I
installed
along with demo data and wandered into the various applications to get a
hang of
it. now i want to configure it towards a production setup , my questions are

(1) can/should I remove the demo data ?
(2) if answer to above is yes, how should this be done? i re-ran ofbiz
with  -l readers=seed,ext
     but demo data remains.

Other questions:

(1) Is there a irc or slack channel for ofbiz ?
(2) i see many useful pages in "End user doc trash"  ( Trash??)
