MSA : Mobile Service Architecture. JSR 248. Any open source ?

Dear team ,

Is anyone aware of Open source implementation of JSR 248 . Mobile Service
Architecture. I would love to port few stuff on mobile or most practical
scenario : Use J2ME to call ofbiz authentication service to start with .

Any pointers welcome.
