Manufacturing Costs Question

Guido Amarilla
I have some questions about manufacturing costs.

Can I create a Labor Cost such that it is estimated by product's
"Auto-Calculate Costs"?
I need something that could be calculated like "hours x cost per hour".
I managed to do something like it by using a Fixed Asset, but I´m not
using any Fixed Asset, it is just pure labor cost without using any
machine.

In the fixed asset's standard cost it looks like the value in "Amount"
means the cost per hour (3600000ms). I think that it should be more
clear to the user what it is, like "Amount per hour". ("Costo por
hora" in spanish)

Can I assign a cost by area, weigth or another UOM in such a way that
I could enter a number in the process definition (in the Estimated
Milli Seconds field maybe?) and that meant other UOM instead of
3600000 milliseconds?
Shouldn´t UOM from the Fixed Asset be used for that? In case it was,
the cost is always calculated dividing by 3600000...

What is "Manage Cost Component Calc Entries" used for ? ( in
Manufacturing Cost Tab)
It seems to have no effect in "Auto-Calculate Costs". Where is it used?

Thanks
