Megalis Tablet . It helps men achieve an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis. In PAH, it expands or relaxes the pulmonary blood vessels, lowering lung blood pressure.
Megalis Tablets can be taken with or without food. It must be taken exactly as prescribed by your physician. Only when you are sexually stimulated will the ED medication help you achieve an erection. It is best to take it approximately one hour prior to your planned sexual activity.
