Move project to another computer

Hi, everybody! I have problems moving ofbiz project to another computer.
I use Eclipse IDE, and first I used derby DB, and there was no problems to move project to another computer. Then I changed DB to postgre, but I got problems to move project to another computer.
After running project on new computer I got ScreenRenderException: org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen [component://common/widget/CommonScreens.xml#GlobalDecorator]: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Template location is empty (Template location is empty).
What's the problem?
