Multi Tenant logs

Hi,

I have a few queries regarding Multi-Tenant instance of ofbiz.

I recently configured Ofbiz to be used by multi tenants, I want to know

1) Where the logs are logged for tenants? I mean at a single log file of different log file for different users.
2) Where are Uploaded files stored for individual tenants?
3) How about the Config Files, can the configuration be different for different tenants?

The logs are printed in a single file i.e ofbiz.log. However the logs should be isolated for each tenant. Is there any solutions available.??
