MySql Can't create WORK_EFFORT table

Has anyone come across this error:
java.sql.SQLException: Can't create table '*.WORK_EFFORT' (errno: -1).

This is my environment:
Ofbiz: ofbiz-release13.07;
OS: CENTOS 6.6 x86_64 standard;
Java:1.7;
MySql: Server version: 5.5.40-cll - MySQL Community Server (GPL);
