Need help to update Incubator resources

it seems that our write privileges has been revoked for all the
Incubator resources... a few minutes ago I've sent a message about this
to general@incubator but maybe if you have still access to these
resources you could apply the patch attached to it.

And, please, also remove the /www/incubator.apache.org/ofbiz folder.

Hi,
This last step I haven't done yet.  I'd prefer to wait a bit longer,
until we're sure everything is all set, before I remove this folder.
The redirect is in place in .htaccess (or will be shortly) anyways, so
people shouldn't be able to see this folder.
