Not caching a ftl

hi all,

I have to cache some part of the page that is renderring. My problem is I
had 4 ftls file
header.ftl,
leftbar.ftl,
content.ftl
footer.ftl    now I don't want to cache the header.ftl file.

my question is ,is it possible to do like that ?
