Hi Everyone
Here is a brief update of the details we captured from the Community Day that was held on Saturday 21st March 2015.
Community Day SprintI created a Jira sprint for the Community Day and asked people to add any Jira tasks they were working on to the sprint. The sprint period ran from 19th – 23rd March 2015 so that we could capture any work that was done either side of the Community Day to allow for other timezones.
We recorded that 19 Jira issues were worked on and that 12 were closed during the sprint. Please see the link below for the sprint report.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=64&view=reporting&chart=sprintRetrospective&sprint=96I know that there is an existing issue that does not allow sub tasks to be assigned to a sprint but I'd be interested to hear of any issues related to assigning Jira issues to a particular sprint.
OFBiz Kanban BoardI've also created a Kanban board for the project so anyone interested can see it at the link below: (Note the default period is the last 3 months)

The details of the survey have been loaded into the Wiki at the link below.
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/March+2015+-+Community+Day+SurveyI'm still working on analysing the results but the main graphs and figures are available for everyone to look at and comment on.
Thanks again to everyone that participated in the Community Day. Everything that was done, however small is a welcome contribution to the project.
We can now thinking about our next Community Day which is planned for is Saturday 20th June 2015.
Any feedback and comments welcome.
Thanks
Sharan
