[OFBiz] Dev - change checkout process

Hi all.

I need to change the checkout process:

user login process:

screen1: login/new customer
screen2: input address
screen3: input payment info
screen4: overview

user anonymous process:

screen1: input address information
screen2: input payment info
screen3: overview

Can someone direct me where i can/must change the existing checkout process?
