[OFBiz] Dev - couple of outstanding JIRA issues

Can you take a look at
http://jira.undersunconsulting.com/browse/OFBIZ-437?  It just changes
some logging for the RequestHandler and has been really help for us.

Also, should I commit
http://jira.undersunconsulting.com/browse/OFBIZ-407 for now?  It allows
tax calculations based on SimpleSalesTaxLookup to be associated with GL
accounts?  It's a very simple patch that I was going to leave out while
you worked on re-factoring sales tax, but if that's going to take a
while, maybe it's nice to have this in until then.

Okay, 437 is partially in (see comments on the issue).

Yes, let's put in OFBIZ-407 for now. It looks like the sales tax  
stuff won't hit my radar again for a couple of weeks.
