I have this problem creating the order using the Order
Manager. I can't proceed to next step when I reach options step. No error is generated. I clicked on Continue, it just go back to the same page. Any idea why is it? __________________________________ Yahoo! Mail for Mobile Take Yahoo! Mail with you! Hello,
I had the very same issue, but only when I selected a payment type of "Payment already received" and then in the next screen (billing address entry) the "continue" button does not get me anywhere. As well the "Billing address is the same as the shipping address" does not work. Interestingly enough, if I go back and select another method of payment then it works... (which does not help me, as I would like to set it to "payment already received"). Hi Jacopo, That's part of the problem actually. I never get to the "Payment" screen. It stays stuck on the shipping options. Interestingly enough. I have the same problem on the ecommerce check out side where it tells me I have not selected a default shipping option. its possible these problem coule be related. I have looked at the party the order is being created for and I have selected a default shipping address but could not find anywhere where I could specify shipping options. also, I am not running with any demo data. just the seed data and our imported customers and products. so its possible I could be missing something in the DB. Hi Fred,
if I well remember, you have to set the available shipping options for you product store: you can do this in the Catalog-->Product Store pages. Good point Jacopo, that may be the problem. Fred: there is a fairly decent coverage of the store setup and such in the Basic Production Setup Guide, so that might be helpful to you. -David On Aug 25, 2005, at 7:36 AM, Jacopo Cappellato wrote: > Hi Fred, > > if I well remember, you have to set the available shipping options > for you product store: you can do this in the Catalog-->Product > Store pages. > > Jacopo > > Fred Forester wrote: > >> Hi Jacopo, >> That's part of the problem actually.
