[OFBiz] Users - German Tax/Shipping and translation

Hello all,

can someone give me some hints on creating and using tax and shipping for an
German store (7%/16%)?

I started translating ProductUILabels and will try to translate more
applications. Is someone interested in cross-reading and helping me to get a
consistent translation for all applications?
