Hi All, trying to import these variant products and features. the import completes with no errors. the features show up and the associations look ok but the Add Variant page does not show the variant product id for the feature. in other words, the "existing variant id" field is blank for all the features. Ive attached a sample item. Thanx

Fred, From this one it looks like you need the features associated as standard features to all of the variants, ie corresponding to the selectable features corresponding to the virtual, so that it knows which variant goes with which selectable feature. Also to save problems in the future with different browsers and such I HIGHLY recommend not using spaces in product and other IDs. -David On Aug 8, 2005, at 4:56 PM, Fred Forester wrote: > > Hi All, > > trying to import these variant products and features. the import > completes with no errors. the features show up and the associations > look ok > > but the Add Variant page does not show the variant product id for > the feature. in other words, the "existing variant id" field is > blank for all the features. > > Ive attached a sample item. > > > Thanx > Fred > > <<...>> > > <variants.txt> > > _______________________________________________ > Users mailing list > [hidden email] > http://lists.ofbiz.org/mailman/listinfo/users ... Hi David, Thanx. that did it. Also stripped out the blanks in the product ids. Fred -----Original Message----- From: [hidden email] [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of David E.
