[OFBiz] Users - Jetty vs Tomcat

I know this topic has been discussed umpteen times and I have probably
read all the threads in the archive.

Considering Andy's post of April 2004 (http://tinyurl.com/ac4ke), I am
quite surprised that Tomcat is the default now.

Are there any reasons for one or the other in terms of memory
requirements or performance? We are planning to run multiple instances
of OFBiz.

Is there a description how to set the current version up with Jetty?
