[OFBiz] Users - Promotions

Hi everyone

I'm on promotions because our client needs to ventilate on each line any global promotion
There seems to be allready lots of things in here (distributeDiscountAmount, doOrderItemPromoAction)
but my ventilation is stuck to one line, because getPromoQuantityCandidateUseActionAndAllConds returns 0 all the time.
quantityUsedPerPromoCandidate seems to be the key but I'm not quite sure what this represents conceptually
could please clear my doubts about the concept behind this ?

cartItem.quantityUsedPerPromoCandidate is filled by the cartItem.addPromoQuantityCandidateUse method
which seems to be the verification system for quantity of promotions used.
