[OFBiz] Users - SLT_GIFT_REG - Gift Registry

I see that I can create shopping lists for the gift registry(SLT_GIFT_REG) type,
but is the corresponding functionality fully implemented. More specifically
can the shopping list of "SLT_GIFT_REG" type be exposed to anonymous users
so that the can buy stuff & send it to the list creators shipping address, etc...

I don't think we have the public facing list view, or the  
functionality to reduce quantities based on orders from the shopping  
list. Although it seems like at some point that second part may have  
been written... best to check the code or wait for other comments  
perhaps...
