Hi all,
you may find interesting the following visual representation of the geographical diversity of the OFBiz committers group: http://people.apache.org/map.html?project=Apache%20OFBiz Each flag represents one of the committers in this list (even if unfortunately some of the flags overlap each other): http://docs.ofbiz.org/x/9QI Of course the OFBiz committers group is just the head of the iceberg, but, as you can notice by the flags in the above map, it is a really good representation of the diversity of the whole community. Amazing, Jacopo |
I really must get around to moving myself out of the Kaipara Harbour :-)

I just thought you were a really eccentric guy ;-) For the record: at the bottom of this page: http://people.apache.org/foaf/index.html I've updated the section "How to help develop the site?" so that, following the notes in it, it should be relatively easy to build the map in a local sandbox; it is an easy way to test the geo coordinates (instead of committing the changes, waiting for a few hours to get them published and hope they are correct). Cheers, Jacopo > > Scott > > On 16/01/2008, Jacopo Cappellato <[hidden email]> wrote: >> Hi all, >> >> you may find interesting the following visual representation of the >> geographical diversity of the OFBiz committers group: >> >> http://people.apache.org/map.html?project=Apache%20OFBiz >> >> Each flag represents one of the committers in this list (even if >> unfortunately some of the flags overlap each other): >> >> http://docs.ofbiz.org/x/9QI >> >> Of course the OFBiz committers group is just the head of the iceberg, >> but, as you can notice by the flags in the above map, it is a really >> good representation of the diversity of the whole community. >> >> Amazing, >> >> Jacopo >> > |
