OT: Utah musings

Walter Vaughan
From the recent ofBiz developers conference in downtown Ephraim, Utah...

Q. How many ofBiz developers does it take to make a pro-bowler?
A. At least three, since the average score was easily less than 100.

Q. How many ofBiz developers can you fit into a Land Rover?
A. Five. Me and Tim had plenty of room in the front, but Amit said the back seat
felt like Indian public transportation.

Q. What's the proper size to order pasta?
A. Split a Regular. It's too much for three people, and a large is enough for
the wife(s) and kids.

Q. What is the purchase rate of the #1 vs the #2 sandwich at Gandolfo's Deli?
A. According to the owner it's a run-a-way, 10 to 1. Which is probably why the
sandwiches outside the top ten may require a trip to the local Walmart for all
the ingredients.

Q. How many times did Walter lock himself out of his room?
A. Twice, at least that is all he'll admit to.

Q. How do you know you're really in Ephraim?
A. When they closed the "Towne" movie theater in the center of town, the new
theater on the south end of town was called "SouthTowne". Conversely they got a
WalMart SuperCenter on the north end of town next to the cemetary. <Insert
twilight zone music here.> Everything in between is Ephraim. Ephraim looks
nothing like the picture here: http://www.ephraimutah.com/ , but rather much
more like this: http://raptor.davidshere.com/Ephraim/DSCN0595.JPG

Q. What's an ofBiz developer's favorite food?
A. Cookies <the good ones, not the cheap ones> and Aussie Bites
(http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate.do?catg=1640) seemed lead the way.
