Dear Sir,
I am planning to use OfBiz for my ecommerce application which is having current a million hist everyday. Right now its implemented in PHP but I want to move it to ofBiz. I have the complete setup running and working on my machine, but I am strugging for some very description user manual for Admin site, which can help me with. 1. Details Product setup like Add specification sheet, Features, Attributes etc. 2. Adding two or more Promotion Categories to the Main page like (Latest Arrivals, Featured, Spotlight of the week etc). 3. Book or ebook which details each parameter and its significance on the Admin portal. Please let me know if ther is any book or softcopy tutorial for the same. Thanks & Regards Piyush |
Hi Piyush:
I've got some of this information on my site: http://www.myofbiz.com. Some info is free and some, like the Catalog Manager book must be purchased. Some content is a bit dated, however, you will find that all the resources are still relevant as almost all changes since these books were written are additions to the project (vs. changing the way things work.) Of course, you can always check out the project Wiki for the latest, definitive information. I can vouch for the very high quality of Ruth's documentation, we've
purchased all of her PDFs except the manufacturing one and they are well worth the price. Thanks Ruth!
