A renowned one is Contegix (you will find it on OFBiz home page). They have a very good reputation when it comes to tricky part of
OFBiz installation for important sites (cluster, load balancing, etc.).

Don't know any but I'm sure a company with good knowledge around Tomcat and Postgres would be helpful.
