It's not really correct to say that SCM is not implemented in OFBiz. The basics for it are all there including production planning, fulfillment, outbound/distribution, inbound/receiving, and even various things related to order "promising". It is true that various performance tracking and high level management related features are not really strong out of the box. -David On Oct 28, 2006, at 10:55 AM, BJ Freeman wrote: > The manufacturing application has ERP, this is closely related to > Supply chain Management(SCM). > however the SCM is not implemented. > neither is supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model > > Phil Corcoran sent the following on 10/27/2006 4:43 AM: >> Does ofbiz SCM implement the SCOR business process model for SCM? >> ______________________________________________________ >> Phil Corcoran Project Leader >> Banta Global Turnkey (Group), Holyhill Industrial Estate, >> Holyhill, >> Cork, >> Ireland. >> Phone: + 353 21 4907 327 >> Mob: + 353 87 2786208 >> http://www.bgt.com <http://www.bgt.com/> >> _____________________________________________ This email and any >> files transmitted with it are confidential and >> intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom >> they are >> addressed. >> |
