Ofbiz 11.0.4 Party Module --- Communications

[Heidi Dehaes - Olagos]

Hello,

In the Ofbiz 11.0.4 Party module, i choose "communications" and then "new
communication".

I fill in the fields. The new communication is based on an existing parent
communication id.
The type is "email".

I put the status on "entered".

Afterwards, via "communication action" i change the status to "pending".

However my email is never sent. Other emails in the system are sent however.
I don't see any issue in the logs.

Is there a JIRA issue existing on this issue?

Anyone an  idea about the problem ?

Hi Eric,

Did you check whether your setup regarding forwarding emails is working
properly? If you have configured it properly, you will see emails arriving
when you start with a clean demo setup (I see SCRUM sending some emails
whenever I do that).

Yes, there as well. But there might be other configuration aspects that
apply. You could also do a search and find in the data files regarding
email addresses and templates.
