I finally found a spare moment to create a release
page in the new wiki

appropriate. My goal is after getting feedback on a
sustainable structure to have individual pages for
each proposed release point 4.1, ..., 5.0 and have
"Proposed Features" to be voted on and then once
approved subparts created to break up the development
of those features, where appropriate. TIA for any and
all help on this!
